I sat outside and enjoyed a nice cold beer with a friend and enjoyed people watching , staff are very friendly. Nice place to be .
Off profile but recommended to me and of interest due to 20 beers on tap. This is a modern, quality beer fusion. Sharp modern lines, a superb square location and a serious beer selection, although interesting as a regular to Germany to find German normals given special status. Great vibe, good service and good atmosphere when not hit hard by city drinkers.
Very cool pavilion that does beer, coffee & pizza next to a sunny square - reasonably priced for the area, 3.50 coffee 6 pints.
First Time visiting and thought it was a great little spot. Just round the corner from Aldgate station, saw all the cherry blossom and water features and knew I'd made a good choice. Plenty of choice as far as the beer selection goes, will definitely be back!
Great architecture in this modern pub, with cool 360 views of Aldgate. Nice prices for Central London, with a couple of cask ales sub 5. Huge range of stouts, weiss, IPA and other styles. Excellent experience! Pizzas look good, but didn't try - next time!
For a watering hole in central London this is definitely one of my favourite if you're in the Bank/Aldgate area. With good weather you're able to spread around the park with a drink and observe the world going by. There is always a comprehensive selection of craft beer on draft that is updated regularly. Staff are pleasent and a good chat.
Fantastic little bar in a great location next to Aldgate tube station. Venue is small but great choice of beers, some of the best bar staff you'll find in London, and a great playlist. This place was bouncing on a Tuesday afternoon. Pizzas looked great but didn't eat this time Can't wait to return.
Brilliant local pub. Great staff make all the difference. Big selection of beer. Huge outside space because the pub takes over a small park in front of it.
